We report a case of neglected hydrocephalus with myelomeningocele causingsever bilateral lower extremities deformities, one of them (the left one) was adherentto the site of myelomeningocele with sever flexion deformity at the level ofknee joint. The patient managed through three stages surgeries, the first one wasthe V.P. shunt, and the second one was the release of the adherent of foot fromthe site of myelomeningocele and then repairing the site of myelomeningocelewith refashioning of the overlying fibrous Then the patient has been handled bythe pediatric orthopedics department to correct the lower limb deformity.
